As a foregut surgeon, Dr. Smith uses minimally invasive procedures to treat conditions including GERD, paraesophageal hernia, hiatal hernia, gastroparesis, achalasia, jackhammer esophagus, Barrett's esophagus, gastric cancer, and refractory ulcer disease. In his free time, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with his family going to different parks, hiking, or visiting the zoo or science center.
