Jeffrey Ulis, MD

Dr. Jeffrey M. Uliis completed his otolaryngology residency from Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT in 2011 and completed medical school at the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine, Los Angeles, CA, in 2006. He is board certified in otolaryngology and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
