Jeff Downs - Commercial Loan Officer

Derek is a Senior Vice President with over 28 years of Commercial Banking experience. He specializes in Commercial and Industrial lending. Derek graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Economics and Finance. He volunteers at Camp Kesem, helping young children cope with a parent's cancer diagnosis. This is just one of several community volunteer organizations that Derek devotes time to.

Juwana is a Senior Vice President and Director of Treasury Management bringing over 22 years of experience. She has the expertise to help customers analyze and structure their portfolios to optimize financial goals. Juwana has a B.A. in Finance, Corporate Communication and Economics.

Travis is a Senior Vice President, Regional Manager, and has been in Old Second’s Commercial Banking Division for 15 years. A graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Finance, Travis is currently on the board of directors serving as President for Family Counseling Service of Aurora. He also served as a Rotarian and currently captains a team for the local Festival of Lights fundraiser.
