I guess it's the case with a lot of retail stores, especially ones that have been somewhat troubled in recent years, but it's always kind of a chore going to this store. Maybe one of these days...

JCPenney Portraits review: Their manager saved the day and photo session! Our photographer while nice, didnt have the skill to entertain our small kid -- so on all of the photos she wasnt smiling...
