Poor customer service. JC Licht should own their mistakes and make it right for the customer. They will not even try to meet the customer half way.

As a contractor and homeowner I've used JC Licht in Gurnee for years. From Heather the manager to Chris the interior designed and everyone behind the counter service has always been outstanding....
