Huge variety at this Hallmark store. I found exactly what I was looking for and probably could have found more if I had allowed myself to. :) 4/5 because customer service wasn't that fantastic....

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worse customer service and very unprofessional help. Not sure about other employees but DEBBIE was the one I dealt with. I drove to and went inside 4 UPS...

The return policy at this store is much worse than buying from Hallmark online. At this location, you cannot return items after 30 days (if you buy online, the corporate return policy is 90 days)....

Even when items are clearly tagged, they will not provide a merchandise credit for an exchange at lowest sales price. I would recommend buying from another store with better customer service.
