I'll keep this short: Jack's focuses on customer service which means you can rely on them to help you out. I actually used them as a party rental (tables and chairs) service and they're great....

JACK'S Rental INC has been in business for over 40 years, providing power equipment, Rental, Sales, & Service to the Chicago land area. Customer satisfaction is our main goal.The company was founded by Robert Jacklin Sr. and his four sons in 1965. Back then, the company had a 100% rental orientation. Slowly as the business grew, the service and sales aspects of the business were added. Since JACK's is a family business, that "warm and friendly" feeling is passed on through to the customer. We emphasize Service before, during and after the sale.
