J Jill is an awful store. The staff were so beyond rude to me it was unbelievable. I will never be shopping there ever again and I hope it closes for good... very disappointed with the management....

Nice store, great location. Very helpful staff, nice basics, a bit pricey but I'll pay for quality. Would love more tall sizes but had lots of petites for smaller ladies.
