Excellent food, excellent service, excellent view. Great menu with great atmosphere! The patio bar is simply awesome. The Sunday cookout is second to none!!

Located in Springfield, Ill., Island Bay Yacht Club was founded in 1935. It provides a range of recreational and social interaction opportunities for more than 500 members. The club features a pavilion area and hosts weekend sailboat racing through the summer months. Island Bay Yacht Club organizes race management seminars on various topics, such as mark boat operations, sailing instructions and starting penalties. The club provides vehicle parking services, as well as offers locker rooms to store personal belongings. Island Bay Yacht Club features several restaurants that provide a range of food options and beverages. It conducts sailing classes for children, adults and women.

The Yacht Club is awesome!! First and most important, best steak you'll ever eat, incredibly tender and always comes out exactly how you want it. Unfortunately, I haven't dabbled much in the rest...

Nice pool and easy access to boats. I've also been to the Sunday night buffet. Amazing food and tons of it.

Great service, great food. Rebecca and Bob are amazing and try to remember everyone's name and make them feel at home. I love this place!
