The owner has been in the industry for over a decade..she started out as a runway booker and after 3yrs..started in the film division for 7yrs..Iris talent is a boutique agency specializing in bringing new talent to the attention of casting directors.

It took me over 100 days to be paid after I had done a job & the agency had been paid. I had to call multiple times every week and each call was a different excuse. Also, they have changed...

wish I could give negative stars....doesn't matter because this agency is out of business. To bad I had to lose $22,000 to Monica Campbell first. Nobody should expect their money from her.

Still have not been paid for a job that was done over 11 months ago. Business wise, this is one of the most unprofessional agencies in town.
