This is the second location. The first location is in Navy Pier. They have a nice display for the human eye on the window and it's spectacular. The staff and service are excellent.

We visited this business. Not sure why you would let a business take a picture of your Iris to put in their database. Seems like a huge security risk to give a private business your unique...
