Extremely disappointing. Tried several times at different times of the day to get my battery checked and replaced. They clearly weren't interested in helping me even though no other customers...

Fast and super service. It only took about 10 minutes for them to change the battery. But best of all they use a technique that saved all my settings on the entertainment system and car.
