The Italian sausage is great. Got the 5lbs rope. $16.00. I got about 20 links when cutting it up. Great for tailgating. Taste is outstanding.

I do not agree with your explanation. I have been cooking prime rib roast for years. Mostly purchased from Jewel or Sam's Club and never had 40% fat. I understand some fat is required for flavor....
