I had previously had Lakeshore recycling. They would miss a pickup every other week. Since I have had Independent Recycling, not one problem. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

I own a small business and their customer service is horrendous. Rude staff and only interested in consistently raising their price without notice. Avoid at all costs!

Today, my neighbor caught this company dumping the recycling materials into a regular, landfill truck. What a scam! This is unacceptable!
