Founded in 1983, Imboden Creek Living Center is a Medicare approved facility, located in Decatur, Ill. It offers a wide range of services, such as 24 hour nursing care, medical supplies, spiritual assistance, laundry, housekeeping, prepared meals, cable TV, nutritional supplements and social and activity programs. It also offers physical, speech and occupational therapies.
