This state office is very poorly ran! They do not answer the phone most of the time! Also they do not seem to know what they are doing! This agency is supposed to protect the rights of workers...

the department of labor sucks they are slow under staff ,won't return phone calls and when they go on vacation the paperwork must sit on the desk until they return from a 2 week vacation.
