The food is always good and consistent at this location, and the staff are probably the best IHOP staff I have ever encountered.

The service was excellent! The waitress was very friendly & did a great job! Pancake of the month delicious! Cozy restaurant!

I had to use the restroom before our meal, and unfortunately the strong sewer smell left a bad first impression. The bathroom was also dirty, I can't believe there isn't more complaints....
