Had a positive experience here (and other Hyatt's) we stayed here again on our recent trip to the Chicago area. We arrived early, mid afternoon about 90 minutes before "official" check in time....

This place sucks!!! They CHARGE you for "continental breakfast", not free with your room like every other hotel. It was $50 for 2 people! Garbage buffet stuff thats free everywhere other hotel....
