Filthy!! The bathroom grout was cracked and black. Took a shower with my sandals on. Had to clean the bathroom myself with Clorox wipes. This Hyatt needs a remodel now. The carpeting is gross....

So bad we didn't even stay. I cannot attest to what the rooms looked like for real. The pictures online were very nice but when we got there it was a different story. The pool was covered in mold...
