Nice hotel near the Chicago River. Location was perfect for my first weekend trip to Chicago. And it didn't hurt that we paid for it with points.

Nice hotel, inside is clean and well kept. Wall paper inside the room is something out of the 70s. Water pressure is mid but located in a great spot easily accessible.

Have stayed here a few times and have had a positive experience each time. Front desk employees are friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable.
