In-Home Evaluation Whether looking to sell your home or just looking to re-design and update the look, an In-Home Evaluation is the best way to assess your staging needs. The evaluation can include a walk-thru of both the outside and inside your home and will focus on the strengths and weaknesses of your home thru the eyes of a potential buyer. Typically, an In-Home Evaluation will take 1-2 hours depending on the condition and size of your home. If requested, an in-home evaluation report can be created which will outline a plan for an additional cost. Half day Staging or Re-design For smaller homes or limited re-design, a half day staging services is an excellent way to show quick results and can be a very economical staging option. The goal of this service is to work with your existing furniture and accessories to create a fresh new look. We will highlight the areas of your home that will have the most dramatic impact on potential buyers.
