More than 25 years ago my father and I started Home Buyers AdvantEDGE Realty, a firm that works only with home buyers. The firm has never represented a single seller as a matter of company philosophy. Being a Realtor is my full-time career I know the real estate market in the Metro East and have seen many trends come and go. We'll respond accordingly in our strategies and negotiations. I work hard to negotiate the best price and terms for you. I do a lot of valuations to ensure you're offering a fair price for the home. It's okay to pay a fair price, but we never want to overpay. I'm big on the inspection process. We want to make sure the home is in the condition you're expecting to avoid or minimize negative surprises down the road.
