Took shoes in for a replacment of soles and heels Charged $80 and only replaced heels and then just put polish over the soles. Extremly disappointed. Feel very ripped off. Will not use again

Slow, but steady. A little pricey, but very good craftsmanship. They've been here for years, and they're consistently one of the best shoe and bag repair places in town.
