Terrible experience! Tried to cancel the insurance on the rental car (since we didn't need it) and they refused to refund it. We asked if we could come in and cancel the rental car and just do it...

Bad experience. Reserved a cargo van online a WEEK in advance and they call me the DAY BEFORE I need the van to say they don't have it. That would have been nice to know before the last minute....
