the only complaint is the $200 deposit, charged to your bank and then not released/returned for 5 business days. It wasn't mentioned until I actually went to pick up the car at 1am 600 miles...

Absolutely horrible service. Went to go pickup my reservation and the agent behind the desk said it wasn't available and offered a substitute - no problem, I've had that issue with Hertz before...

0 stars review. If you want to end up with no car for a long planned trip, book here. Pay a bit more and book with Avis or enterprise.
