Absolutely horrible service. Went to go pickup my reservation and the agent behind the desk said it wasn't available and offered a substitute - no problem, I've had that issue with Hertz before...

Great place if you want a hold on your Credit Card for two weeks after they already charged you.

0 stars review. If you want to end up with no car for a long planned trip, book here. Pay a bit more and book with Avis or enterprise.
