Do not ever rent from this company. They didn't have the decency to reach out to customers to let them know that this location is permanently closed as of a few days ago. People had reservations...

Online inventory is not up to date. Representatives at the location lied about calling and leaving a VM that was never received. Still charged card without canceling the reservation themselves...

This is a low class and no car company don't book online because you will not be having a car and they still charge you they are messed up all the way for their business. They have inventory...

I'm currently renting a car from Hertz...I will never use this company again! I tried to extend my rental, the automated service says you can do it online but you can't and they give you a 800...
