Make sure to get your "time/plan" in writing... What you are paying for! Also no disclosures are written about refund policy! Be sure to inquire as I requested one when times were not in agreement...

I am not an expert at fitness, Michael makes you feel very welcomed and makes the whole experience less scary :) very professional and clean environment. I would definitely recommend this bootcamp...

Overall the classes are good but they cancel a lot of classes so if plan on working out there be prepared for a lot of cancelled classes.
