It's back open now and it was very disappointing. probably won't be going here again. Turkey bacon ranch had no ranch, 1 thin wimpy peice of bacon, and the bread was crumbly. No good.

The sub were good. Better than Subway. Customer service was good. The baked potato soup was very good. I might go back for the soup and subs. Did get a garden salad which was good.

I believe that this place is owned by the same people that owned all of the locations in Springfield. So why is the service and food quality always terrible at this one?? Not sure but, definitely...
