Hashem Restaurant, established by Grandfather Saber Al Turk in 1910 in Jaffa, Palestine, has a rich history rooted in the culinary traditions of the region. After the Nakba in 1948 forced the family into exile, they continued to honor their heritage and passion for food, with Hashem becoming a symbol of resilience and cultural identity.

Today, Hashem Restaurant is renowned for its authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, including popular dishes like hummus and falafel. The establishment has expanded its reach, with branches in various countries, continuing to share the flavors and stories of its origins with a global audience.
