Food was hard and nasty VERY DISAPPOINTING. I wish I could get a full refund because as much as fast food cost food should never be sold like this

I've been to most of the Harold's Chicken shacks but never been charged for the sauce really! The Harold's just east of 87th & Stony Island charge for sauce! Nope won't be back period!
