Operational since 1962, Harold Washington College, a part of seven City Colleges of Chicago, offers a variety of programs for graduates of high schools. Located in Chicago, Ill., the college offers degree programs, including social science, addiction studies, fine arts, philosophy, foreign languages and criminal justice, certificate programs, including digital multimedia design, music technology, hospitality, business-accounting and transit management. Formed in 1980, St. Augustine College is a bilingual institution of higher education, located in Chicago.
