They Continue That Philosophy Today With Scratch-baked Goods, Freshly Ground Coffees, And Real Meats-not Pressed & Formed Lunch Meats. The Building, Located At 953 North Second Street In Downtown Chillicothe, Originally Housed The Truitt-Matthews Bank. The Interior Is Stately And Ornate But The Atmosphere Is Friendly And Casual. Although The Teller's Cages Are Long Gone, The Marble Floors Still Show The Wear Of Clients Standing In Line For Their Banking Business. Happy Thought Coffee Has Earned A Reputation For Quality In The Peoria Area And Has Received Rave Reviews From Newspaper And Television Reviewers.
