Pamela Van Bevern, PA-C, is a board-certified family medicine physician assistant who sees patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. She provides preventative care, such as annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, school and sports physicals, vaccinations and manages acute and chronic illnesses. She treats a wide range of conditions, including asthma, allergies, colds and flu, diabetes, anxiety and depression, obesity, COPD, heart disease, high blood pressure, minor injuries and thyroid disease. Pamela is a healthcare professional who takes pride in providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She is a skilled communicator who collaborates with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their needs. With more than 30 years of experience, Pamela enjoys working closely with patients to help them manage their health and achieve their wellness goals. Pamela is a Dexter, Missouri native. She enjoys playing piano, crafts and traveling. She has worked as an assistant professor at Saint Louis University and a mentor to students. Pamela earned her Master of Medical Science - Physician Assistant at the University of Nebraska in Omaha. This practice is part of BJC Medical Group of Illinois.
