Hampshire High School

Hampshire High School is a college preparatory school that offers academic classes to more than 500 students in grades 9 through 12. The school offers various sports activities that include bowling, hockey, wrestling, basketball, skiing, cheerleading, volleyball, swimming and cross country. Hampshire High School has a guidance counseling department that provides basic assistance to students regarding scholarships, career planning, and social and mental problems. The school offers educational classes in music, English, history, foreign languages, math, science, art, social studies and physical education. Hampshire High School has a library and media center that offers a variety of educational and reference materials, including dictionaries, encyclopedias, magazine articles, maps, timelines, graphs, photos and charts. The school is a part of Community Unit School District 300 and is located in Hampshire, Ill.
