Horrible wait time (I was there for 2 1/2 hours) Had a follow up appointment for blood work results and they didn't even have them after 10 days! Receptionist has horrible English/listening....

The office is terribly run, wait time is never less than an hour and you have to ask front desk when you're going to be seen. Halyna is doing always overbooked and never on time. Plan to be there...
