History

Originally branched out from Halau O Ke Kaona Pa Kamakani, which was a Hula Halau (school) run by my mother, Kumu Hula, Hannah Kainoa Gleason, Through her blessings, as well as the blessings of my other Kumu Hula, I was encouraged to start my own Halau (Hula School) It started off in McDonough, GA & has since branched out to the Chicagoland area. We also do annual workshops in the Kansas City, MO area, and last summer took 1st place at the Hoike Hawaii Hula competition in Orlando, FL for our Gracious Ladies Kahiko Division.
