We have donated many things and always found the staff to be pleasant. They took everything we brought and the store was organized nicely.

I wish that they would have reached out to the community and offered discounts for the folks that lost all in the fire that occurred in Woodstock last month it sure would have helped I lost...

what is return policy? Receipt is showing for 30 days can be done but staff does not take ?

The people that helped us set up our donation and the drivers that picked up our items were exceptional. The pickup team was careful and concerned for our items. I highly recommend Habitat/Restore.
