Prior to Gerard's position as an inspector, he worked as a construction foreman and carpenter for over twenty years. This experience provided a solid foundation and understanding of construction methods, building materials and mechanical systems that many home inspectors do not possess. Knowing how something is built is as important as knowing how it should function. GRM Home Inspections, Ltd. charges reasonable fees to inspect single and multi-family homes, townhouses, condos, and commercial buildings.
