The worst of all State Farm locations. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office. I tried over ten times to get in touch with someone over weeks. I tried different days of the week...

Premiums repeatedly changed after bound the policy, then failed to refund the premium after it was cancelled. Stay away at all costs.

Been with the agency for years and for the most part as long as I had no issues things ran appropriately. Now once I had an issue Greg Clemens who is very rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional....
