The woman at the counter and the man working there we were extremely rude, belligerent and intimidating. Never have I ever witnessed 2 store employees behave so despicably towards a customer....

The staff of this place ruins the thrift experience asking women to leave their purposes and disabled individuals to leave their walking cart up front . I've donated to this place bc it's walking...

I was a bit shocked to see the low stars when I first saw this place on yelp! I love going here when I visit Chicago 3-4 times a year and adore the staff here. I feel like they return the energy...
