Managers system goes down and and can't except card and then I'm out a hair cut for it...there is nothing else they can do to solve their problem?

I have only been to any Great Clips twice. I was going to Asha and other expensive salons but when haircuts every 6 weeks were costing $60 not including tip I thought I would try this Great Clips....

$17 basic haircut. Guess they forgot their only reason for existing - discount assembly line haircuts. If I'm going to spend this much money, I'd go to a local licensed beautician or barber.
