We started with a cotton candy machine and decided to build a trailer it was a great success and opened our first shop in 2013. The business is named after our Grandma Rosie.

Specialties

We have been voted the best ice cream in Bureau County 2 years in a row! Also we have amazing Chicago Style Food! We are family owned and would love the opportunity to serve your great food and ice cream at a great price with customer service next to none.
