This is a review for the company overall. Somehow Grainger (I assume through a greasy handshake) has a contract with the US Govt and every time we get a quote the items are egregiously overpriced...

I agree with Joe L. They are definitely a company that wont own up to things. Once they get your money forget about it. Most of the items they sell have a 70 or higher margin on them and people...
