Come experience The Original Goat Yoga at Reverse the Kerrs Farm. It allows you the opportunity to be one with nature, one with goats, and one with your soul. We are a unique farm in that we sit on the edge of a beautiful wetland full of a variety of birds and other wildlife that provide a beautiful chorus of sounds from sunrise to sunset.It's Part Yoga, Part Animal Assisted Therapy.

So far, I have only tried puppy yoga here. It was a fun class, and the instructor did her best to give us directions on poses despite the little puppies running around and occasionally barking....

This was the best thing ever. Took my boyfriend and daughter. The yoga is basic and wonderful, especially if you have mobility issues. The goats were awesome! The staff was friendly and welcoming....
