Established on October 15, 1991. Founded by John J. Bartlett and Sylvia Switala-Bartlett. A family business since the beginning, with a passion for healthy eyes. Our Mission is to develop a relationship of trust and respect in order to serve our patients with quality, compassion, and integrity. To educate in the prevention of eye disease. To provide treatment for existing eye disease. To provide maintenance of optimal eye health for that individual.
