This food truck sells out fast, but I always try to get there when they have ribs. Best BBQ I've found in Springfield. It's located on West Wabash Ave in the Joanne Fabrics parking lot.

I've been to this food truck on West Wabash 6 separate occasions, between 4 and 6 pm. They have been out of ribs every single time. I've stopped trying.

The pulled pork is amazing. Great smoke flavor and tender chunks of pork. Enjoyed the sauce too! A must stop in Springfield for BBQ lovers in search of excellence.
