Vicious and mean staff! They blamed everyone but themselves for 4 different incidents in screwing up my order. Dale is the worst for customer service I've ever dealt with and I don't criticize...

You wait and wait you have to call and call for everything they do not follow up or tell you anything. They insist on delivery you cannot pick up shoes even thou they had them for several days...
