Since 1968 the Gateway Foundation has been one of the industry leaders in providing community-based residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment programs. The nonprofit corporation provides treatment services to low-income individuals. In addition to its community-based treatment services, it provides services to correctional institutions. It offers dual diagnosis and mental health services, as well as substance abuse treatment and cognitive self-change programs.
