Never answer their phone. Also they sell you "new" games but the box is opened and the disk is in a sleeve. Thats some bullsheeeet!

Less than 4 months ago, I purchased an Xbox Elite controller for my Xbox One. For those non-gamers out there, this particular controller is supposed to be an upgrade from the stock controllers....
